STEM for Others Update at Egan Junior High

This was our last session of the year for Egan Junior High School! Like it had been the last few weeks, I headed straight for Egan Junior High as soon as school was over. Today, I helped 5 students with their MathCounts preparation, and also taught them more about competitive math in general. We went over the target rounds of this year's MathCounts cut test, and also a few problems from the AMC competition series.

With winter break just ahead of us, we were able to finish up our session for the first semester successfully and were able to form stronger bonds mentor to students. Overall, it was an amazing experience, spending the first semester with our students, and I am looking forward to seeing them again next semester!
