STEM for Others Update at Hoover Middle

This week, we were back in action at Herbert Hoover. It was great to see some familiar faces as well as some new ones. We saw a rise in students over last week as classes started to kick off. I helped students with simplifying fractions with radicals in the denominators as well as helping understanding math equations in word terms for the younger students. I also further developed curriculum for our computer science program for upcoming sessions. Overall, the kids are really fun to be around and seem to be picking up concepts that were left behind pretty quickly. This week was a solid one and I expect things to just keep on picking up.
