About Haowen
Hello! I’m Jessica, a second-year college student at Mt. SAC with a deep passion for computer science. I’m constantly excited by the endless opportunities to learn and explore new areas in this dynamic field. Beyond just learning, I love teaching and guiding beginners in coding, helping them build confidence and problem-solving skills along the way. In 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to bring StemForOthers into our computer science club, where I’ve contributed to creating accessible, beginner-friendly courses and improving our website. This initiative allows me to combine my passion for both learning and teaching, while making STEM more approachable and engaging for others. I look forward to continuing this journey, fostering a supportive community of learners, and contributing to the growth of STEM education.
