About Prisha
Hello! I’m Prisha Goel, a sophomore attending Henry M Gunn High School, with an intention to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in the future. I began coding when I was 7-8 years old through Scratch and Code.org because the user interface of games astounded me, and I thought about how I could make the games I played even better. My passion grew throughout high school, sparked my interest in joining STEM for Others, to create STEMPlore and improve user experiences in a game constructed to help learning becoming enjoyable. I am motivated to contribute to STEM4Others because I aspire to teach underresourced communities the benefits (and fun!) of technology, by sparking their intelligent curiosity and I hope my efforts coding at STEMplore and mentorship motivates students to find coding enjoying, and possibly pursue computer science in the future.
