Supportive Family Housing Weekly Review (2/15/25)

This Saturday we did a river model! Kids observed how water moves through landscapes, erodes soil, and creates riverbanks, deltas, and floodplains. By manipulating the model, kids explored how floods occur, how wetlands absorb water, and how human structures like dams and levees affect water flow.
