Kinnaman Weekly Review (1/30/25)

Hey Coyotes! The Coding Coyotes Club at Kinnaman Elementary started last Wednesday, January 22nd, and our second meeting was held Wednesday January 29th!  The first session included introductions, icebreakers, and presentations of past projects students did in Scratch. Students also started a new Scratch project of their choice and got the whole week to finalize it. The second meeting involved presentations of those new finalized projects, as well as an exploration of the Makey Makey and how it can be used to complete circuits. There were also a couple of fun experiments for the students to try with the Makey Makey in class! We are waiting in anticipation for our next meeting on Tuesday, February 4th, in which the students will get the chance to make some fun experiments and do cool things by combining the Makey Makey with their prior knowledge of Scratch!
