Redmond Weekly Review (2/28/25)

Hey Hawks! This week, we explored different base systems! We started with our familiar base 10 system and discussed what bases are. Then we learned about binary, learning to convert between base 10 to binary. Following this, we played Binary BINGO for additional practice. This activity really helped reinforce our understanding of binary. Additionally, we learned about exponents and how they relate to bases. Finally, we wrapped up with a challenge: converting between base 10 and base 5. Through example problems and practice, everyone gained a solid grasp of bases and could easily convert between base 10 and binary or base 5 by the end of the lesson!
