Hey Coyotes! Last Tuesday (February 4), we continued to look at how the Makey-Makey can be used for creating fun, innovative things! For most of the class, students got to use their Makey-Makey sets to make a piano that plays notes by connecting the circuits. I bought my own DIY piano kits for this. For the remainder of class, students got to connect Makey-Makey with Scratch and make small, basic projects by moving sprites using the Makey-Makey controls. We are waiting for our next meeting on Wednesday, February 12, in which we will continue our small projects, and start a new, bigger project involving both Makey-Makey and Scratch: making our own guitars!
